The donation will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at the 1444 Airway Blvd. The gift is part of Subaru's “Subaru Share the Love” event, which donates to over 2,100 local charities. The money will aid in accelerating research, reducing risk reduction and early detection, and providing quality care and support.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Alzheimer’s Association West Texas Chapter will be granted a $54,000 check donated by Subaru El Paso on Sunday, April 7.
The celebration will kick off at 10 a.m. the 1444 Airway Blvd., according to the Alzheimer’s Association.
“The Alzheimer’s Association West Texas Chapter is extremely appreciative of this gift. This ensures that we continue accelerating research, drive risk reduction and early detection, and maximize quality care and support. By sharing the love, El Paso turned a darker shade of purple thanks to Subaru,” said Valerie Sanchez, executive director of the Alzheimer’s Association West Texas Chapter.
According to a press release from the Alzheimer’s Association, Subaru has donated the check on behalf of their “Subaru Share the Love” event that donates to over 2,100 local charities.
