Duke QB Darian Mensah will be one to watch in 2025 Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl game vs. Arizona State on Dec. 31. Duke quarterback Darian Mensah is set to play in the 92nd Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl on Dec. 31, where Duke will face Arizona State in a rematch of the 2014 Sun Bowl. Mensah led the Atlantic Coast Conference with 3,646 yards passing and 30 touchdown passes, ranking third nationally among FBS quarterbacks with at least 400 attempts. His 8.1 yards passing per attempt is the highest in the league. He credits his success to his teammates and coaches for their success this season. Despite considering entering the 2026 NFL Draft, Mensah plans to continue developing at Duke next season.
