Santa Teresa and Las Cruces Border Patrol arrest Mexican migrants linked to Paisa Gang

Two migrants from Mexico who are affiliated with the Paisa Gang were arrested by Santa Teresa and Las Cruces U.S. Border Patrol agents, according to the USBP El Paso sector chief.

Anthony Scott Good, the chief of USBP's El Paso sector, announced Thursday on X that USBP agents in Santa Teresa and Las Cruces apprehended two migrants from Mexico, both of whom are allegedly part of the Paisa Gang.

According to Good, one of the migrants was previously convicted for aggravated rape of a child in Kansas.

Good said that both men will face criminal charges for illegal entry and be removed from the U.S.
