Alfredo "Peyo" Borrego Castro Sr. passed away on October 19, 2026, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Born in 1939 to Juan and Evarista Castro, Peyo built a life rooted in family, honesty, and hard work. He taught his family the value of patience and willingness to help out anyone at any time. Peyo is survived by his wife of 63 years, Gloria "Goya" Castro, four children, seven grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren. Funeral mass will be held on October 27, 2025, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Restlawn Memorial Cemetery.
