Albuquerque's West Side will soon be getting that savory ramen satisfaction and boba kick as Monaco Market is set to expand. Monaco Market is expanding to Albuquerque's West Side, with plans to open a new store on Coors Boulevard in the old Catalyst Coffee space in November. The new store will feature self-serve ramen and a boba bar, and is expected to employ at least six people. The store, which opened its first store four years ago, is still open and gained popularity for its exotic snacks. The company has also hinted at a possible third location.
